HDIL to redeem NCDs worth Rs 250 crores

Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) has announced that the Company has approved the proposal for redemption of 2500, 13.25% Secured Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees ten Lakhs) each issued by the Company on May 21, 2008 aggregating to a sum of Rs. 250 crores, which were due for redemption on March 01, 2013 as per the modified terms of the said issue.

The stock was trading at Rs.381.75, up by Rs.5.30 or 1.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.385.90 and low of Rs.379.45.

The total traded quantity was 839339 compared to 2 week average of 1994302.
