Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 87080 Equity Shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on January 08, 2010 has allotted 87,080 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 16,480 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche) : 23,134 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche) 20,002 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12 : 27,404 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.842.75, down by Rs.8.10 or 0.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.854.90 and low of Rs.837.50.

The total traded quantity was 58621 compared to 2 week average of 120395.
