Sri Adhikari Brothers repurchases outstanding FCCBs worth $2.5 million

Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Ltd has announced that the Company has repurchased & cancelled US $ 2.5 Million outstanding 1.50% Secured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) due in 2012 and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. With the above mentioned buyback the Company has completed 100% buyback of US $ 9 Million Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds issued & allotted in the year June, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.34.50, down by Rs.0.45 or 1.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.95 and low of Rs.34.10.

The total traded quantity was 6079 compared to 2 week average of 11565.
