Indusind Bank allots 270680 Shares

Indusind Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 270,680 (Two Lakh Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Eighty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on January 08, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Bank in all respect.

The stock was trading at Rs.143, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.145 and low of Rs.142.30.

The total traded quantity was 55952 compared to 2 week average of 320275.
