Omnitech InfoSolutions approves conversion of 441416 warrants

Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2010, has approved the allotment of 4,41,416 Equity Shares pursuant to conversion of Warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.165.85, up by Rs.4.70 or 2.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.170.80 and low of Rs.157.95.
