Money Matters approves conversion of warrants

Money Matters Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 02, 2010, has approved the allotment of Equity Shares to warrantholders on conversion of their warrantholding into equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.178, up by Rs.9.40 or 5.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.185 and low of Rs.173.

The total traded quantity was 30640 compared to 2 week average of 5700.
