Prism Informatics extends CCPS allotment date

Prism Informatics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 23, 2009, pursuant to the authorization given by the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General meeting held on December 22, 2009, the Board of Directors have decided to extend the date of allotment of 19,50,000, 4% Non Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPs) of Rs. 100/- each from December 28, 2009 to January 05, 2010.

Accordingly, the relevant date for determining the ratio of conversion of CCPs into equity shares is also extended from December 29, 2010 to January 06, 2011, i.e., 30 days prior to the date on which the CCPs shall be due for conversion, which is in accordance with Regulation 76(1) of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
