Elegant Floriculture allots 9395000 shares

Elegant Floriculture & Agrotech India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 93,95,000 Equity Shares of the face vale of Rs. 10/- each to promoters and others on conversion of warrants, pursuant to the approval granted by shareholders at their Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on June 02, 2008.
