Sujana Towers to consider opening of GDR issue on Dec 23, 2009

Sujana Towers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will he held on December 23, 2009, inter alia, to consider and decide the date of opening of the issue of Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) upto an amount of US$ 30.00 Millions.

The stock was trading at Rs.50.90, up by Rs.0.55 or 1.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.95 and low of Rs.50.30.

The total traded quantity was 25666 compared to 2 week average of 88659.
