Mastek allots 1429 shares under ESOP Allotment

Mastek Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on December 22, 2009, have been allotted 1,429 equity shares under ESOP and the paid-up share capital has subsequently increased to Rs. 13,46,04,195 and the Number of Shares are 2,69,20,839.

The Stock closed the day at Rs.400.70, up by Rs.5.55 or 1.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.409.80 and low of Rs.396.20.

The total traded quantity was 141753 compared to 2 week average of 153296.
