Axon Infotech to consider preferential issue on Dec 28, 2009

Axon Infotech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 28, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal for preferential issue of shares decide quantum of issue price of shares etc.

The Board will also fix the date of Extra Ordinary General Meeting and venue of it and to approve the notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.85, up by Rs.0.29 or 1.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15 and low of Rs.14.

The total traded quantity was 7377 compared to 2 week average of 5353.
