KMC Speciality receives approval for Capital Reduction

KMC Speciality Hospitals (India) Ltd has announced that the Company is in receipt of Order from High Court of Madras permitting capital reduction as per General Meeting Resolution dated September 25, 2009.

The Order of High Court has been filed along with Form No. 21 with the concerned Registrar of Companies for giving effect to the above change.
