Birla Shloka to approve RHP on Dec 23, 2009

Birla Shloka Edutech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Public Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 23, 2009, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Red Herring Prospectus to be filed with the ROC.

The stock was trading at Rs.58.30, up by Rs.2.15 or 3.83%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.58.95 and low of Rs.56.

The total traded quantity was 13565 compared to 2 week average of 10792.
