JBF Industries to raise Rs 50 crores

JBF Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 21, 2009, has approved the proposal to raise funds of Rs. 50 Crores, by way of issue of Non Convertible Debentures or by way of Term Loan from the Banks.

The stock closed the day at Rs.94.95, down by Rs.1.40 or 1.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.97.60 and low of Rs.93.60.

The total traded quantity was 49017 compared to 2 week average of 153363.
