Incap to consider issue of securities on Dec 28, 2009

Incap Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 28, 2009, inter alia, to consider issue of equity shares / warrants to promoters and/or other-specified persons for cash at a price not less than the price calculated under SEBI Regulations read with the provisions of the listing agreement to part finance the on going expansion, diversification projects. The exact number of shares etc. will be finalised in the above Board Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.95, up by Rs.0.34 or 2.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.13.20 and low of Rs.12.40.

The total traded quantity was 508 compared to 2 week average of 3372.
