Rishabhdev Technocable allots 30 lakh warrants to promoters

Rishabhdev Technocable Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2009, has in accordance with the resolution passed at the Board Meeting held on July 25, 2009, Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 31, 2009 & in accordance with the in Principle Approval for issue of 30,00,000 convertible warrants received from Regulatory Authorities, has considered and allotted 30,00,000 convertible warrants to Promoters on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.17.90, up by Rs.0.25 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.60 and low of Rs.17.60.

The total traded quantity was 163487 compared to 2 week average of 140192.
