Rasoya Proteins allots 67 lakh shares and 58 lakh warrants

Rasoya Proteins Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 19, 2009, has issued and allotted 67,00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 26/- per share and 58,00,000 Equity Share Warrants of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 26/- per share warrant of the Company to promoters and persons other than promoters on preferential basis pursuant to the in-principal approval received from Stock Exchange and also pursuant to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company held on November 26, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.33.90, up by Rs.1.80 or 5.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.90 and low of Rs.30.95.

The total traded quantity was 3751 compared to 2 week average of 1728.
