Satyam Computer allots 30618 shares on Conversion of Stock Options

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company allotted 30,618 equity shares under stock option plans of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 1,175,777,762 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,351,555,524.00 to 1,175,808,380 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating Rs. 2,351,616,760.00.

The stock was trading at Rs.99.25, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.100.30 and low of Rs.98.

The total traded quantity was 2068289 compared to 2 week average of 7205245.
