Mirc Electronics Ltd has announced that at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on December 07, 2009, the Board has resolved and forfeited 2,48,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each on account of non payment of call money by 124 Shareholders of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.17.50, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.29%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.70 and low of Rs.17.30.
