ACC allots 19625 Shares

ACC Ltd has announced that at the Meeting of the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board held on December 17, 2009, 19,625 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme 2004.

Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,20,667 shares to 18,77,40,292 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.

The stock was trading at Rs.866.45, up by Rs.5.75 or 0.67%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.872.80 and low of Rs.859.70.

The total traded quantity was 96575 compared to 2 week average of 126567.
