Orchid Chemicals to buy-back FCCBs

Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Company is exploring opportunities for the buy-back of outstanding FCCBs issued by the Company pursuant to, and in compliance with, RBI regulations. The Company may purchase the bonds from the markets and extinguish from time to time at its sole discretion, under the regulations.

The stock was trading at Rs.197.40, down by Rs.0.45 or 0.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.202.20 and low of Rs.191.
