Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 158470 equity shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on December 17, 2009 has allotted 1,58,470 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

Under ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01: 6,200 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (2nd Tranche): 49,523 equity shares, ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 (3rd Tranche): 51,180 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/12: 51,567 equity shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.777.50, up by Rs.2.05 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.784.75 and low of Rs.770.

The total traded quantity was 57110 compared to 2 week average of 86066.
