Educomp Solutions allots 13200 shares

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on December 16, 2009 has allotted 13,200 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,98,13,440/- consisting of 9,49,06,720 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 18,98,39,840/- consisting of 9,49,19,920 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.721.70, up by Rs.6.20 or 0.87%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.729.50 and low of Rs.719.30.

The total traded quantity was 197732 compared to 2 week average of 444200.
