Polaris Software allots 32300 equity shares under ASOP Scheme

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholders' Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution dated December 16, 2009 allotted 32,300 equity shares to the employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan, 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.284.60, up by Rs.7.30 or 2.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.288.50 and low of Rs.280.

The total traded quantity was 79496 compared to 2 week average of 67092.
