HDFC allots 124990 equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on December 16, 2009, allotted 1,24,990 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,81,03,880.00 consisting 28,58,10,388 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2608.65, down by Rs.9.25 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2655 and low of Rs.2605.55.

The total traded quantity was 140067 compared to 2 week average of 68036.
