Terai Tea to forfeit 94500 shares

Terai Tea Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 15, 2009, inter alia, passed necessary resolutions for forfeiture of the 94,500 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in the best interest of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46 and low of Rs.45.85.

The total traded quantity was 700 compared to 2 week average of 1265.
