HCL Infosystems allots 11940 equity shares

HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) on December 14, 2009 has allotted 11940 Equity Shares (7540 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 105.63 per share and 4400 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 127.75 per share), to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000, and Employee Stock Plan 2005.

The stock closed the day at Rs.147.90, up by Rs.3.35 or 2.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.150.60 and low of Rs.145.05.
