ICICI Bank allots 46204 Equity Shares

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 46,204 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on December 14, 2009 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.825, down by Rs.25.40 or 2.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.858 and low of Rs.823.25.
