Concurrent (India) Infrastructure approves preferential issue

Concurrent (India) Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 14, 2009, inter alia, consented for preferential issue at Rs. 15/- share for the purpose of acquisition of land for logistics business.

For the said purpose the Company has decided to hold EGM on January 12, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.10.04, down by Rs.0.52 or 4.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.95 and low of Rs.10.04.

The total traded quantity was 75162 compared to 2 week average of 155722.
