Oricon Enterprises allots 2180000 FCDs to Clearwater Capital

Oricon Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 14, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 2180000 Fully Convertible Debentures @ Rs. 162.20 per Debenture aggregating to Rs 35,35,96,000/- to Clearwater Capital Partners Singapore Fund III.

The stock was trading at Rs.241.45, up by Rs.1.20 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.245.85 and low of Rs.240.

The total traded quantity was 19909 compared to 2 week average of 80835.
