Jyoti Structures allots Equity Shares & Grant of Options under Employees Stock Option Scheme

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated December 14, 2009 has allotted 16,025 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

The Board granted further 10,150 Options to the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 16,025 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,39,44,480 divided into 8,19,72,240 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.150.45, down by Rs.1.65 or 1.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.155.20 and low of Rs.148.60.

The total traded quantity was 228854 compared to 2 week average of 228341.
