Entegra to consider allotment of shares, CCPS on Dec 14, 2009

Entegra Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated December 07, 2009, about the Board Meeting to be held on December 14, 2009, that at the same Board Meeting the Board will also consider Allotment of 50,00,000 Equity shares and 13,56,70,000 Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) to MW Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. pursuant to High Court Order approving the scheme of merger of SKG Power Ventures Pvt. Ltd. with Entegra Ltd.
