India Infoline grants 1045000 Employee Stock Options

India Infoline Ltd has announced that the Compensation/ Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has on December 10, 2009 granted 10,45,000 Employee Stock Options to the identified employees under the ESOP Scheme, 2008 of the Company through Circular resolution.

The stock was trading at Rs.135.85, down by Rs.0.75 or 0.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.139.50 and low of Rs.134.70.

The total traded quantity was 285331 compared to 2 week average of 563845.
