HDFC allots 121624 Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOSs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on December 10, 2009, allotted 1,21,624 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,68,53,980 consisting 28,56,85,398 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2740, up by Rs.18.65 or 0.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2749 and low of Rs.2731.

The total traded quantity was 8221 compared to 2 week average of 63059.
