Regency Trust to issue 70 lakh shares

Regency Trust Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 09, 2009, inter alia, have approved the proposal to issue 70,00,000 (Seventy lacs) additional equity shares on preferential basis subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting will be called on January 05, 2010 for taking approval of shareholders.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.19, down by Rs.0.73 or 4.89%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.66 and low of Rs.14.19.

The total traded quantity was 35800 compared to 2 week average of 20340.
