Decolight Ceramics to allot 28237500 warrants

Decolight Ceramics Ltd has announced that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on December 08, 2009, and after the approval of the shareholders at their Meeting held on September 07, 2009, it has been decided to allot 2,82,37,500 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis.

Further the Company has informed that, M/s. Parvati Minerals Pvt. Ltd. have not been allotted any convertible equity warrants.

Further the Company has informed that, it has received a sum of Rs. 2.75/- per warrant (including premium of Rs. 0.25), towards the Allotment Money, aggregating to Rs. 7,76,53,125/- (Seven crore seventy six lakh fifty three thousand one hundred and twenty five rupees only) in respect of 2,82,37,500 Convertible Equity Warrants on Preferential basis (to be converted into of 2,82,37,500 Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each) offered and issued pursuant of member approval at their AGM dated on September 07, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.10.21, up by Rs.0.25 or 2.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.10.28 and low of Rs.9.91.

The total traded quantity was 4617 compared to 2 week average of 5336.
