Entegra to consider QIP offer document on Dec 14, 2009

Entegra Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 14, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the Draft Placement Document for Issue of Shares through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP).

The stock closed the day at Rs.39.70, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.41.35 and low of Rs.38.95.
