Oracle Financial Services Software allots 23719 shares on exercise of stock options

Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on December 03, 2009, allotted 23,719 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to eligible employees of the Company who exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002. These shares are pan pasu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company increased to Rs. 419,063,025 divided into 83,812,605 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2167.80, up by Rs.111.15 or 5.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2180.40 and low of Rs.2063.05.

The total traded quantity was 52195 compared to 2 week average of 20987.
