Adhunik Metaliks approves allotment of 13960400 shares

Adhunik Metaliks Ltd has announced that the Capital Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on November 24, 2009 has approved issue and allotment of 13960400 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, at a premium of Rs. 88.23p per share to Qualified Institutional Buyers pursuant to Qualified Institutional Placement.

The stock closed the day at Rs.95.75, up by Rs.1.20 or 1.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.97.05 and low of Rs.94.05.

The total traded quantity was 129119 compared to 2 week average of 212978.
