IL&FS Investment Managers allots shares

IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd has announced that the Shareholders'/Investors' Grievance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on November 30, 2009, approved the allotment of equity shares.

Under ESOP Scheme - ESOP 2006, 10,97,500 equity shares of Face Value per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- were allotted at a Price of Rs. 19.20.

Under ESOP Scheme : ESOP 2006, 14,68,240 equity shares of Face Value per Equity Share : Rs. 2/- were allotted at a Price of Rs. 14.14.

Under ESOP Scheme : ESOP 2006, 6,67,500 equity shares of Face Value per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- were allotted at a Price of Rs. 13.60.

Under ESOP Scheme : ESOP 2006, 75,000 equity shares of Face Value per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- were allotted at a Price of Rs. 17.87.

The stock closed the day at Rs.41.60, up by Rs.0.25 or 0.60%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.80 and low of Rs.41.35.

The total traded quantity was 85935 compared to 2 week average of 102690.
