Spentex Industries to issue upto 2 crore warrants

Spentex Industries Ltd has announced that the Member in the their General Meeting held on November 27, 2009, inter alia, have considered and approved the issue of "Warrants" upto 20,000,000 (Two Crores) convertible into equity shares at a revised price of Rs. 16.95 (including premium of Rs. 6.95) per warrant instead of Rs. 10.00 as stated in the Notice of the General Meeting.

The stock closed the day at Rs.11.80, up by Rs.1.03 or 9.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.11.80 and low of Rs.10.10.

The total traded quantity was 31075 compared to 2 week average of 22266.
