HDFC allots 42208 Equity Shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on November 26, 2009, allotted 42,208 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,56,37,740 consisting 28,55,63,774 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2755.50, down by Rs.51.95 or 1.85%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2821.90 and low of Rs.2746.

The total traded quantity was 60295 compared to 2 week average of 67219.
