Choksi Laboratories to reissue 78600 forfeited shares

Choksi Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, has decided to Re-Issue 78600 forfeited shares to Mr. Vyangesh Choksi at the privilege market rate.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.90, up by Rs.0.70 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.90 and low of Rs.14.45.

The total traded quantity was 1801 compared to 2 week average of 2182.
