Sql Star International to consider acquisition of company in USA

Sql Star International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 23, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2006.

2. To discuss raising of funds to the extent of US $ 15 Million by issue of GDRs / FCCB / ADRs or other securities in the international offerings or in domestic markets; and

3. To discuss and deliberate on the proposal to acquire IT Staffing Company (ies) in USA.
