SGN Telecoms Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 06, 2007, has allotted 5000000 equity shares of Rs 1 each by converting 5000000 convertible warrants of Rs 1 each to following allottees:

1. Ms. Anureet : 2500000

2. Mr. Amandeep : 2500000
