HDFC allots 49996 Shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on November 20, 2009, allotted 49,996 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,52,15,660 consisting 28,55,21,566 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2818.80, up by Rs.71 or 2.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2826 and low of Rs.2717.

The total traded quantity was 117806 compared to 2 week average of 71942.
