Axtel Industries Board to consider allotment of warrants

Axtel Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 18, 2007 to consider the allotment of warrants to be exchanged for equity shares on preferential basis as per special resolution passed at the EGM held on January 04, 2007.
