GS Auto to consider raising funds on Nov 25, 2009

GS Auto International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 25, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal for raising long term funds, for its expansion plans, in accordance with the Guidelines prescribed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)/Reserve Bank of India/ all other regulatory authorities.

The stock was trading at Rs.29.75, up by Rs.0.85 or 2.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.75 and low of Rs.27.50.

The total traded quantity was 800 compared to 2 week average of 5769.
