Koffee Break converts 40 lakh Warrants into Equity Shares

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has announced that the Committee in their Meeting held on November 17, 2009, converted 40,00,000 Warrants into 40,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only) each at a price of Rs. 2.10/- (Rupees Two and Ten Paisa only) each including premium of Rs. 1.10/- (Rupee One and Ten Paisa only) per share at cash to Hitesh Kawa (HUF) - No. of Equity Shares: 6,00,000, Nimesh Joshi (HUF) - No. of Equity Shares: 4,00,000, Bharti S. Mehta - No. of Equity Shares: 7,50,000, Aristocrat Equity Pvt. Ltd. - No. of Equity Shares: 7,50,000 and Pinky C. Mehta - No. of Equity Shares: 15,00,000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2.05. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2.11 and low of Rs.2.

The total traded quantity was 69740 compared to 2 week average of 182626.
