CSS Technergy to consider preferential issue on Nov 19, 2009

CSS Technergy Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 19, 2009, inter alia, to discuss and finalise the Preferential Issue of Warrants.

The Board will consider convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of members for passing resolution authorising the Preferential Issue and approve the notice for the same.

The stock was trading at Rs.17.60, down by Rs.0.30 or 1.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18 and low of Rs.17.05.

The total traded quantity was 1805 compared to 2 week average of 11440.
